FEELING SO MUCH BETTER!

I approached Tatiana because of suffering from continued pain in my joints as well as feeling constantly drained and fatigue. Based on my explanations as well as the results of a blood test for which she gave me specific parameters to look into, Tatiana not only made valuable nutritional recommendations which kinds of food to focus on in order to increase my Vitamin B intake but also advised to take specific supplements to address both my problem areas.
Having made the suggested dietary adjustments and taken the supplements for a while now, I can certainly feel the difference and am so glad I reached out to her.

TRULY AN AMAZING WATSU SESSION WITH YOU!

It was an enjoyable experience in the water, as I don’t take water well most of the time.
The session was profound as it took me into a deep relaxed state for my body, especially both my knees and coccyx for tension releases within my body. I felt totally at ease and supported by you in the water.
At one point, I became the water in the pool and felt totally in sync with the feeling of whole, complete and happy. An awesome experience indeed!
Thanks for your warm nurturing heart and a remarkable ability to create and hold a sacred space throughout the session. Now I can enjoy my body movement with more ease and fluidity.

WATSU WITH TATIANA

As someone who is constantly looking for ways to relax and destress I was both intrigued and excited to experience the therapy Watsu with Tatiana. I can honestly say this was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life.
With an element of trust, you are transported to a different level of consciousness by being gently moved through a series of exercises in the pool that allow you to clear your mind and totally relax.
Even now, two years later if I feel tense I can remember the sensation of the movement and can take myself back to that place of serenity.

A WONDERFUL WAY TO TONE UP AND FEEL GREAT!

I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to the benefits of aqua aerobics by Tatiana. I’d tried many different forms of exercise in the past but never really enjoyed any of them and since having problems with my back I’d found it difficult to keep up any regular exercise programme. Tatiana put together exercises that toned and strengthened muscles without straining them. Her classes were always innovative, well put together and she always ensured that we were using our muscles correctly. And best of all, they were fun! Thank you Tatiana for all the good fun and exercise.

GREAT WORKOUTS AND FUN!

I was for many years a member of Tatiana’s Aqua aerobics group in Hua Hin, Thailand. It was a very professional and well organised workout, and we had a lot of fun! The main reason was that Tatiana’s workout session was a mixture of yoga and aerobic movements. Sometimes we even had an Aqua Zumba session. She is a dedicated teacher with a lot of strength to lead a group of 20 ladies and we all had a very serious workout.
When Tatiana was training for Watsu we had the honour to try her newly learned technique of letting go and relaxation in the water. If you get a chance to try I would highly recommend it. You are laying in the water supported by Tatiana’s hand guiding your body and head through the water. You nearly fall asleep. It is a wonderful feeling and so relaxing for everyone who needs it. Just a bliss!

PROFOUNDLY CALMING AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE

As a busy Mum of three children under 8 years old, I recently had the absolute pleasure of a Watsu session with Tatiana. It was my first experience of Watsu.
Tatiana explained clearly what I should expect during the session, how to prepare for it and some of the feelings I may have following the experience. Thanks to Tatiana’s comforting yet professional nature I very quickly felt completely at ease and was able to fully relax and switch off from the world. Not something I find easy to do.
The experience was like nothing I remember feeling before. I was left with a feeling of comfort, security and a very deep and profound sense of total physical and mental relaxation. A calmness which stayed with me days after the session. I benefited and most definitely my children benefited too!
To anyone who has never tried Watsu before or is curious to know more, I encourage you to try it. I can’t wait to do it again. Thank you, Tatiana!

REHABILITATION AND A LIFELINE

I approached Tatiana for some rehabilitation aquatic therapy sessions after a significant ski injury resulted in my being non weight bearing for several months.

The thought that went into preparing the sessions and the diversity of exercises meant I was never bored and made an amazing physical recovery. But perhaps more importantly her emotional and spiritual support was a lifeline to me during this very challenging period when i was struggling In many ways.
